The Foundation is the conscience of the house.
It directs Halshworth’s philanthropy and its patronage — supporting the education of the young, the survival of craft and heritage, the strength of communities, and the care of the environment on which all worth ultimately rests.
Like the house itself, the Foundation takes the long view: it favours patient, structural support over momentary gestures, and it measures success in generations.
